Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was delightful! The room was immaculate and very spacious, with a lovely two-level layout that was a surprising touch. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the adjacent boiler/extractor fan which was a minor inconvenience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very keen on keeping the room clean and always helpful and courteous. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town near plenty of shops. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a varied menu but some dishes fell short. The facilities were modern and functional, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel was fantastic in many ways, with spectacularly large, comfortable, and beautifully furnished rooms. However, the lack of windows and slight chilliness were minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located right in the center of Coventry, making it excellent for our purposes. The rooms are quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep, and well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, safe, and an awesome rainforest shower. The service, although the staff seemed a bit harried, was lovely and accommodating, not your typical chain hotel. The dining experience, while adequate, could have offered a bit more considering the overall awesomeness of the hotel. The location is convenient, close to everything in Coventry, including the Belgrade Theatre and a handy car park.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were huge and so spacious, connected to the one next to us via a double door, and equipped with great coffee and tea facilities, making it very good value for money. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff who were extremely helpful and keen to clean the room every day. The location was central and ideal for our planned events, right in the city center surrounded by shopping, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience was good with lots of choice and excellent service, although the food could have been hotter. Overall, it was a great stay with minor room for improvement in the dining temperature.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and exceeded my expectations, making it easy to explore Coventry on foot. The service was friendly and professional, although there were some issues with the room and dining experience that could've been better.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and the bed was very comfortable, making me feel right at home. However, it was a bit chilly when we returned after a long day and night out. The service was good, although the staff seemed to lack some experience. The location was great, centrally located and not far from the train station. The dining experience was satisfying, but I expected a bit more considering the quality of the hotel. The facilities were well-kept, overall a great value for the price.
